# Return & Exchange Policy — RAHMA place
At RAHMAma place, we want you to love every abaya you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below carefully before requesting a return.
## Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within **7 days of receiving your order**. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
## What You Receive
We do **not** offer cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for a **one-time exchange or store credit** only.
## Condition of Items (Please Read Carefully)
To be eligible for return or exchange, your abaya **must have the hanging tag still attached.**
- The original hanging tag/label **must remain attached to the abaya.**
- If the tag has been **removed, cut off, or is missing, the item is NOT returnable.**
- The abaya must be **unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors, stains, makeup, or perfume.**
**Important:** If you send back an item and we find it does **not** meet these conditions (for example, the tag is missing or the item has been worn), the return will be **rejected**. We will ship the item back to you, and **you are responsible for paying the actual shipping cost** to receive it.
## How to Return Your Item
1. **Contact us within 7 days** of delivery at [your email / contact link] with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for us to **approve your request** and send you return instructions. Do not ship anything back before you receive approval.
3. Pack the abaya securely with the **hanging tag still attached.**
4. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
## Return Shipping Costs
- **The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.** Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
## Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** with a clear photo. If it is confirmed to be a quality issue or our error, we will resend the correct item or provide a replacement **at no cost to you.**
## Final Sale
Discounted, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
